Casey, I think you are using just the Sacramento stats, and you are correct, they are up substantially. The other counties (Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo) seem to be the same as last week.
The total FITs this week is 1735, up 3.5% from last weeks 1675. Total dollars of lost equity (based strictly on the reduced asking price) is $86.1 million this week, down .005 from last weeks $86.6 million.
Almost hitting 50%!
I just had to laugh - the very last house on the list (Citrus Heights) was $220k, and probably barely 400 yards from the Roseville train depot tracks.
Great, 200+k to listen to Union Pacific all night long.....
I am just amazed by the new leader in Sac County - 9056 Lismore, EG 95624.
I cannot believe that anyone would pay $708k for that house. It's just an average house in an average neighborhood in Elk Grove.
