1,618 FITs this week, around a 3% increase. I have this funny feeling that we will have 10% to 15% increases in a week in just a couple of months.
Oh and for all the idiots who bought those giant stucco crap boxes in Ranch Cordova, you are so lame.
Maybe the financing was such that when the bank 1099's you for the debt forgivness it will be around $300,000 or maybe you put down that much cash.

The number of FITs is down, but the dollar loss is still $4,100,000 this week. What's $200 million/year in FB losses among friends? Whew.
I notice JTS has 3 of the top 4 FB's this week for Sacramento. They sure seem to build a better F'd Borrower. It appears they screw more people over per capita than any other builder in Sacramento. They should be congratulated with the PT Barnum award this week. When will the sheeple stop eating their slop?
