Max, I received my subscription via e-mail today with the FITs listings. It is very nicely done and quite a bargain at one year for fifty dollars. I see there is a second flipper just listed in my neighborhood, with a listing price at $95,000 less than he paid 6 months ago. I walked over to the open house this afternoon and was the only one to show up the whole day! Hmmm. I'll keep my eye on this one. In another 6 months, it will be worth paying about $350,000 as a rental, provided a 5% ROI is adequate (currently listed at $540,000). I wonder if we will get there?

It appears there is a 3% increase in FITs this week, a 10% increase last week, and a 5% increase the week before. The trend implies the FIT rolls are growing at a compounded rate of 300% annually. In 4 more months, will there be 1200 FITs on these rolls? That would seem impossible, as nearly 10% of the listings will be asking less than their acquisition prices? And don't forget the true number of FITs is probably doubled, since you do not include commissions, selling and carrying costs indetermining losses. Absolutely amazing. Ouch.

If it's free somewhere else, than by all means, don't subscribe. Last time I checked, this was still a free country.

No need for the harsh language, though.

Curious as to the effect the US housing slump might have on the UK market. Shan't be subscribing though.
